We Can Help...

Our Approach:

Healthcare works better when the provider and the client develop a professional relationship. Our one-on-one visits and open communication foster the healing environment we all need. With our extensive training and evidence based therapy, we empower each individual in a holistic and biopsychosocial manner.

We understand the complexity of concussion and vestibular ailments. If you are experiencing ongoing symptoms, you are not alone.  And you're not crazy! There are no miraculous, immediate cures. But, there are many, research backed treatment strategies to improve your symptoms. With a personalized plan, hard work and compliance, you can feel better, improve function, and achieve your goals.

What People Are Saying:  Client Reviews & Testimonials

Dr. Jessica Klain was key in helping me get my life back after experiencing residual balance and dizziness due to BPPV (Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo)! After traditional physical therapy through my doctor, I needed more intense, prescriptive, exercises to take me over that hump, that finish line. Also, working with Dr. Klein remote worked like a charm! I loved her sincerely, patience in answering all my questions, and her thoroughness in explaining things. I am so thankful for her passion in what she does!!

I worked with Jess for a few months for re occurring headaches and jaw pain. The primary treatment was dry needling and some corrective exercises. Even though it could be uncomfortable to do the needling Jess always made the sessions welcoming and enjoyable. I love how she wanted to know and look into all relevant areas including giving me time outside of the sessions to send more thoughts and links. Very glad I found her and would highly recommend

Dr. Klain was able to provide and all encompassing approach to my long recovery from my cycling accident. She was not only able to help me with shoulder stability exercises, she also addressed my concussion symptoms. She lessened my anxieties about return to riding on open roads through her wellness teachings. I never thought to include wellness/mindfulness in my recovery but now I use some of the wellness techniques when preparing for cycling races. That was a definite plus that I don't think I would have gotten at a normal PT clinic. I would recommend her to any athlete recovering from injury. Thank you Dr. Klain!

Amazing! Jessica is the best physical therapist I've ever worked with. She's professional, thorough, smart and genuinely cares about her patients. She's got it all. Whether you are looking for yoga and wellness treatments, or hands on needling and physical therapy. I can feel myself getting stronger already. Highly recommended.
